Torontop – Former Australia captain Steve Smith used to be out for 10 in his 2d fit on the International T20 Canada on Saturday.
Smith, not able to play for Australia whilst serving a 12-month ban for ball-tampering, hit a few limitations then pulled Canada medium-pacer Satsimranjit Dhindsa directly to Hassan Khan at deep sq. leg.
Smith scored 61 in his first fit on Thursday.
Smith’s departure left Toronto Nationals on 33-Four within the 6th over. They recovered to make 169-7, because of Nitish Kumar’s 55 off 37 balls, Kieron Pollard’s 28 off 16, and Mohammad Naveed’s 26 off 13.
The Edmonton Royals chased down the objective with 5 overs to spare, attaining 173-2.
